ESCANABA -- The Bay Democrats student organization is hosting a fundraiser for the Upper Peninsula Commission for Area Progress on Monday, Oct. 30.
Co-sponsored by Campus Activities Board, Bay Democrats will hold a screening of the movie "Alien" (R, 1979), at 7 p.m. Eastern time in Bay Cafe on the campus in Escanaba.
Snacks and beverages will be provided.
Tickets for the event are $10, and can be purchased in person at the Bay College Box Office or online at https://www.tix.com/ticket-sales/baycollege/3755/event/1352150.
Eight dollars of every ticket sold will go to UPCAP, with the remainder going to the Bay Democrats student organization. Since the movie is rated "R." please no children under age 16.
