While many hunters are out looking to fill their freezers with venison, others are steadying their cameras. This 3-year-old piebald deer has been a welcome sight for Escanaba Township residents since she was a fawn. There are many legends surrounding white deer, including that they are good omens and that hunting them can lead to bad luck or poor future hunts.
