Kingsford residents arrested on drug charges in Marinette County
MARINETTE, Wis. — Two Kingsford residents face drug charges in Marinette County as the result of an investigation by the Northeast Tri-County Drug Enforcement Group-Marinette/Florence and the Michigan K.I.N.D. Team, Marinette County Sheriff Randy Miller said.
Michael D. Richtig and Casey L. Secrist were arrested after a traffic stop Monday in the town of Pound, Miller said in a news release Thursday.
Both have been charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, party to a crime – repeater; possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, party to a crime – repeater; and possession of drug paraphernalia, party to crime.
Richtig was also charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place, party to a crime – repeater, and Secrist was charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place, party to a crime.
As a result of the traffic stop, 31 grams of methamphetamine and 10.2 grams of purple fentanyl were seized, Miller said.
