MENOMINEE — The Menominee County Fair is taking place Thursday through Sunday. The fairgrounds will be buzzing with activities, entertainment, and attractions for all ages.

The Menominee County Fairgrounds are located at Shakey Lakes Park, N8390 County Park Rd, Stephenson.

Highlights of the fair include live entertainment from bands like The Bad Mother Truckers, Neon Detour, and Next Myle. Fun-seekers can experience face painting, bounce houses from Jumpin’ Good Times, and the Kids Demo Derby on Thursday. The Phoenix Mobile Arcade and KB Magic’s Escape Room will also be at the fair.

Livestock shows and craft exhibits in the barn will be held all weekend long.

Special events include the Kayak Glow Paddle, a craft beer and wine tasting event, and meet Ed the Diver and Logger Mack.

Sponsors include Stephenson Marketing Co-Op, Don Machalk & Sons Fence Corp., Deno Forest Products, CoBank, Cozzy’s Polaris & Green Pharm.

A daily pass is $5, a weekend pass is $10 and kids under age 5 are admitted free.
