IM graduation ceremony will be shifted to gymnasium
Due to Friday’s forecast, the Iron Mountain High School graduation ceremony will be moved to the Iron Mountain High School gymnasium, 217 Izzo-Mariucci Drive.
The ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. Doors will open at 4:45 p.m.
A mandatory rehearsal for all graduating seniors will take place in the gymnasium at 1:15 p.m. Friday. Attendance is required to ensure the ceremony runs smoothly.
Senior parents are asked to remind graduating seniors about the change in location, as the senior may no longer have access to school email.
For seating, the first four rows of bleachers will be reserved for guests with tickets.
General seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis behind the reserved rows.
Guests requiring handicapped-accessible seating or special accommodations should contact the high school office in advance at 906-779-2610 so appropriate arrangements can be made.
Graduating seniors should report to the Izzo-Mariucci Center at 4:45 p.m., dressed in cap and gown, for formal photos with Cutting Edge Photography.
