Bay Yes! Town Hall meeting tonight

The Bay Yes! Committee is urging Dickinson County residents to vote yes on the renewal of the Bay College Iron Mountain Campus millage during the upcoming election Tuesday, Aug. 5. This is not a new tax, but a renewal of the existing millage that has supported local higher education since 2005. The committee will have an informational Town Hall meeting at 6 p.m. today at the Braumart in downtown Iron Mountain. The Iron Mountain campus was built on land donated by the late Dr. Ted and Eleanor Fornetti. From left are Fornetti family members Darlene Fornetti, Tony Fornetti, Ted A.
