Dickinson County voters on Tuesday approved a millage renewal for Bay College by a vote of 2,389 yes to 1,804 no.

The requested renewal was 0.9987 mills, or just under $1 per $1,000 of taxable value, for 20 years.

The Bay College millage was the only question on Tuesday’s ballot.

Voter turnout was 18.6%, according to the Dickinson County Clerk’s Office.

In Iron County, Iron River Township voters approved general operating and road millage renewals, while Stambaugh Township voters also approved a road millage renewal.
