Iron Mountain competes in ‘High School Bowl’
Iron Mountain played Republic-Michigamme in "High School Bowl" and were defeated by a score of 100-200. Thirty-six schools from the Upper Peninsula and northern Wisconsin compete in WNMU-TV's High School Bowl tournament, now celebrating 47 years on the air. Republic-Michigamme will advance to the second round when they play Dollar Bay, scheduled to air at 8 p.m. Eastern time on Nov. 22. Running from November through the championship game in April, the "High School Bowl" series airs on WNMU-TV Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Mondays at 3 p.m. Eastern times.
