The Iron Area Health Foundation has awarded a grant in the amount of $1,500 to the Iron River Senior Citizen Center to help support the purchase of a new AED machine for the center. More than 4,000 people use the senior citizen center facility each year for various community activities and events. The Golden K also donated $300 towards the purchase of the new AED.
