Trace Adkins tour coming to Island Resort & Casino in April

Trace Adkins

HARRIS — Multi-platinum country icon Trace Adkins will perform Friday and Saturday, April 24-25, at the Island Resort & Casino as part of his highly anticipated 30th Anniversary Tour.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Eastern time Thursday.

For three decades, Adkins has been one of country music’s most unmistakable voices and most dynamic entertainers. Since releasing his groundbreaking 1996 debut album “Dreamin’ Out Loud,” the Louisiana native has earned a place among the genre’s most respected performers, notching 40 hits on country radio, including chart-topping favorites like “(This Ain’t) No Thinkin’ Thing” and enduring classics such as “Every Light In The House.” With 12 million albums sold, a long list of industry awards and a career that continues to evolve, Adkins remains a commanding force on stage and screen.

After recent major tours — including a featured run on Blake Shelton’s Friends & Heroes Tour and his own high-energy What Color’s Your Wild Tour — Adkins now brings fans a special celebration of his 30-year legacy. In addition to his music career, he continues to build a film and television résumé, with appearances in “Deepwater Horizon,” a recurring role on “King of the Hill,” and reprising his role as MercyMe manager Scott Brickell in “I Can Only Imagine 2,” which is due out in February.

A dedicated supporter of America’s military community, Adkins has helped raise millions for injured post-9/11 veterans through his work with the Wounded Warrior Project, earning prestigious honors including the National Defense Industrial Association’s Dwight D. Eisenhower Award.

Tickets to see Adkins at the Island Resort & Casino in April can be purchased starting at 10 a.m. Eastern time Thursday by phone at 877-ISL-SHOW or online at islandresortandcasino.com.

Starting at $3.50/week.
