IRON MOUNTAIN — The popular Midwest group STEEM returns to The Braumart stage in Iron Mountain on Friday.

Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., with the show to start at 7:30 p.m.

Led by Michael Bailey of Vic Ferrari, Steve March-Torme and Michael Murphy, STEEM delivers an evening of soft rock and rhythm and blues covers to audiences of all ages.

“With this talented lineup of musicians, they bring the essence of renowned soft rock songs to life,” The Braumart President Seth Anderson said. “They continue to give their audiences an unforgettable musical experience.”

Bailey, a three-time Wisconsin Area Music Industry — WAMI — Award winner, has been entertaining audiences since 1988 and has played more than 2,500 shows.

Audiences have supported his musical offerings in 10 countries and 25 states, Anderson noted.

Singer-songwriter March-Torme has headlined venues and performed worldwide from London to Japan, Australia to Brazil and Canada.

Reviewers praise his “strong and true vocal chops,” People Magazine; have said his “voice is seductive and effortless,” L.A. Times; and that he’s “more than a jazz singer — he’s a consummate entertainer and an exceptionally versatile artist,” Music Connection Magazine.

Joining Bailey and March-Torme, Murphy brings a powerful blues-style rich with storytelling. Murphy, a WAMI nominee, has been captivating audiences since 1998.

“It’s so great that Michael Bailey includes The Braumart on his regular tour stops each year,” Anderson said. “Vic Ferrari and Symphony on the Rocks have played to sold-out crowds.”

STEEM will fill the stage with very talented musicians.

Anderson encourages everyone to come out and take advantage of the chance to see a performance of this caliber. “We want to make sure The Braumart gets more of them,” he added.

Tickets are limited and can be purchased at www.thebraumart.org/events/steem.

“It’s going to be a great weekend to come to Iron Mountain, spend the day skiing, check out the KOALA event at Lake Antoine, then come see one of the best bands in the Midwest that evening,” he said. “It’s going to be a fun, energetic show you won’t want to miss.”

The Braumart has planned to announce an upcoming big initiative as well.
