IM’s Ciochetto to attend leadership seminar in June

IRON MOUNTAIN — Iron Mountain High School sophomore Brandi Ciochetto has been selected to attend the Wisconsin Leadership Seminar on June 12-14 on the Carroll University campus.

The seminar encourages student leadership development through the four pillars of personal responsibility, service, inclusiveness and decision making.

She is the daughter of Tammy and Mike Ciochetto of Iron Mountain. While a student at Iron Mountain High School, she has participated in science Olympiad, student council and Tri-Hi-Y.

She is also a standout athlete, participating in volleyball, soccer and track. Ciochetto was selected to serve as team captain on her volleyball team and was named MVP on the team as well. She has maintained a high honor grade-point average throughout high school.

Outside of the classroom, Ciochetto works as a hostess at Greenleaf’s Sports Bar and Grill and enjoys playing SAY soccer in the summer. She wrote in her application essay that she would like to attend WLS to “learn more about leadership to become a great leader in the future.”

Starting at $3.50/week.
