MENOMINEE — Menominee County Democratic Party will meet from 5:30 to 6:50 p.m. Tuesday in the ground-floor meeting room behind the front desk at Spies Public Library, 940 First St. in Menominee.

Hors d’oeuvres and socializing will take place starting at 5 p.m.

Discussion includes the March 9 candidates’ forum, which 100s have viewed online; party billboards; food bank contributions; monthly and upcoming events; volunteer opportunities; and always a brief report on what all Michigan and U.S. Congress members and the attorney general are working on.

They welcome community members eager to support democracy and the U.S. Constitution.
