MARQUETTE — A live album of surf rock originals will be recorded on the main floor from 7 to 10 p.m. Eastern time Friday at Blackrocks Brewery, 424 N. Third St. in downtown Marquette.

The public is encouraged and invited to attend this session by Ramble Tamble, a surf rock band from Marquette. This will be a live show in the tradition of “The Allman Brothers Band – At Fillmore East,” “MC5 – Kick Out The Jams” and “Cheap Trick – At Budokan.” Audience participation will be captured on this vinyl release from Moon Bat Records. There will be a live DJ set as well as a psychedelic light show.

The Blackrocks Brewery will serve its limited Coconut Brown as well as a wide variety of tasty beverages, including NA options. The Burger Bus and Dah Pretzel Guys food trucks will be serving hot food.
