IRON MOUNTAIN — Dickinson County Sheriff Aaron Rochon has issued his monthly report for April.

The road patrol served 73 civil process papers, investigated 170 complaints, handled 18 accidents, issued 64 citations and 341 verbal warnings, made 32 arrests — nine of which were for outstanding warrants, including seven felonies– and completed 180 property checks.

The K-9 officer conducted seven searches, including four for local agencies, and had two deployments resulting in an arrest.

There were six transports, two to prison, two for mental health and two miscellaneous.

The correctional center had 74 bookings, with an average daily booking of 2.5 and an average daily population of 54.1.

Ten individuals assigned to the sheriff’s work van in April logged 522 hours at the sheriff’s office/courthouse and garage, Lake Antoine Park, Ford Airport and assisting food pickups.
