Kingsford names top 10% in Class of 2026

KINGSFORD -- Breitung Township Schools has announced the top 10% in Kingsford High School's Class of 2026.

They include:

-- Landon Adam is the son of Michael and Angela Adam. He plans to study mechanical engineering with a minor in mathematics at the University of Michigan.

-- Chloe Blazer is the daughter of Jesse and Amanda Blazer. She plans to study kinesiology at Northern Michigan University.

-- John Branam is the son of Judson and Pamela Branam. He plans to study environmental science and management at University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

-- Marley Byers is the daughter of Brian and Jackie Byers. She plans to study biology at Northern Michigan University.

-- Abigail Floriano is the daughter of Mike and Kelly Floriano. She plans to study biomedical sciences at Central Michigan University.

-- Hunter Havrilka is the son of Josh and Erin Havrilka. He plans to study actuarial science at Michigan State University .

-- Jack Kriegl is the son of Joseph and Laura Kriegl. He plans to study engineering/engineering management at Michigan Technological University.

-- Payton McMahon is the daughter of Josh and Suzanne McMahon. She plans to study chemical, electrical or mechanical engineering at Michigan Technological University.

-- Cassandra Olson is the daughter of Brian and Kristi Olson. She plans to study biology at St. Norbert College.

-- Jackson Olson is the son of Michael and Patti Olson. He plans to study civil engineering at Michigan Technological University.

-- Karly Trevillian is the daughter of Kevin and Sara Trevillian. She plans to study biology, health, and society at University of Michigan.

-- Blaine Wonfor is the son of Michael and Stacy Wonfor. He plans to study English/history at Northern Michigan University.

-- Madelyn Zeuske is the daughter of Scott and Jessica Zeuske. She plans to study biology/pre-optometry at Ferris State University.

Kingsford High School will present diplomas to its 133 graduates at 10 a.m. Saturday at Flivver Field in Kingsford.
