KINGSFORD — The 78th-annual meeting and board elections for Dickinson Conservation District will be from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, at Kingsford High School, 431 Hamilton Ave., Kingsford.

The event will include updates from Dickinson Conservation District, and conservation partner updates. A Native Plant Symposium will follow from 1 to 4 p.m., with a charge of $20 per person.

Board elections will be during this meeting, with Angela Koprowski running unopposed for an open board seat. Absentee ballots for the election are currently available at the Dickinson Conservation District Office at 420 N. Hooper St., Kingsford.
