IRON MOUNTAIN -- The Dickinson County Democratic Party will host a rally celebrating John Hancock's birthday and the signing of The Declaration of Independence at 1 p.m. Saturday.
Guest speakers will be present. The group will meet in the parking lot behind Iron Mountain City Hall and walk toward The Dickinson County Courthouse.
