IRON MOUNTAIN -- Dickinson County Sheriff Aaron Rochon has issued his monthly report for June.
The road patrol served 76 civil process papers, investigated 185 complaints, handled 22 accidents, issued 70 citations and 274 verbal warnings, made 29 arrests -- eight of which were for outstanding warrants, including four felonies -- and completed 231 property checks.
The K-9 officer conducted one search.
There were eight transports -- one to prison, four for mental health and three miscellaneous.
The correctional center had 59 bookings, with an average daily booking of 1.9 and an average daily population of 54.5.
The dispatch center received 778 calls to 911 and 4,658 non-911 calls. There were 1,744 calls for law enforcement service, 572 for ambulance service and 63 for fire service.
Ten individuals assigned to the sheriff's work van in June logged 312 hours at the sheriff's office, courthouse and garage, Lake Antoine Park, Ford Airport and assisting food pickups.
