STEPHENSON — The annual Menominee County Fair — blending over a century of agricultural tradition with modern family entertainment — offers four days of activities for all ages.
The fair is scheduled for Thursday through Sunday at Shakey Lakes Park, N8390 County Park Road in Stephenson. At its core, the fair remains a premier showcase for local youth and agriculture.
Throughout the weekend, young exhibitors will demonstrate a full year of hard work in livestock, beef, dairy, poultry and rabbit showmanship. Beyond the barns, visitors can explore a wide array of high-energy attractions, musical events and competitive activities.
“From its roots to the excitement of today, the Menominee County Fair continues to be a place where memories are made year after year,” Fair Manager Debbie Smith said. “Join us at Shakey Lakes County Park as we come together to create unforgettable moments and celebrate the spirit of Menominee County.”
The fairgrounds will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. today for placement of still exhibits and rabbits and poultry.
