The Dickinson Area Community Foundation, along with the Crystal Falls Area Community Foundation in partnership with the Pasahow Family Fund, recently awarded a $500 Community Impact Grant to the Special Needs Are Awesome People, or SNAAP, organization. The funds will be used to support opportunities for members of the group to participate in engaging outings and team-building activities, providing experiences they may not otherwise have access to. The program fosters socialization, promotes inclusion beyond their usual peer groups and encourages positive interactions in diverse community settings.
