The Iron Area Health Foundation has awarded a $500 mini-grant to the Nurses Honor Guard of Dickinson and Iron Counties. The honor guard has supported the Nightingale Tribute at funerals of nurses in Iron and Dickinson counties and promotes nursing as a profession with a nursing scholarship.
