Assistant Jail Administrator Jacob Roberts and Lt. Jon Doran of the Marinette County Sheriff’s Office recently graduated from the International Association of Chiefs of Police Leadership in Police Organizations program. The two-week course was at the Lake Delton Police Department and is based on material developed for the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Sheriff Randy Miller said. The LPO program focuses on cultivating leaders at all levels, with small group case studies, videos and class exercises used to reinforce learning.
