Grass clippings and garden waste must be placed in an orderly pile at the edge of the alley or at the usual weekly refuse collection location. Crews will make only one pass through the city.
Limbs and brush should be stacked neatly with the cut ends facing the street. Pieces should be cut to 6 to 8 feet lengths. Crews will make only one pass through the city.
Place loose leaves along the street edge, above the curb and completely outside the travel lane. Loose leaves will not be collected from alleys.
Piles should be kept accessible. Do not place piles next to or behind fences, utility poles, or other obstructions. Inaccessible piles will not be collected.
