One man dead, another injured in Luce County stabbing Sunday

NEWBERRY — A 21-year-old Newberry man is in custody after a stabbing Sunday night that left one man dead and another injured. Luce County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the 300 block of East John Street in Newberry about 7:15 p.m. Sunday, where they found a 40-year-old male in the yard with multiple stab wounds, according to a news release from the office.
