VULCAN — William “Bill” Fredrick St. Vincent, 68, of Vulcan, died Wednesday, June 17, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer, at his home in Vulcan. A celebration of Bill’s life will be from 1:30 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, at the North Star Bar in Niagara, Wis. Arrangements were announced by the Ortman Funeral Home in Norway.
