Enola Lang

CRYSTAL FALLS — Enola Lang, age 92, passed away on Dec. 27, 2018, in Iron River. She had been a resident at the Iron River Care Center since March 11, 2013.

Enola was born in New Holstein, Wis., on March 8, 1926, to Ervin and Anna (Dellies) Pagel.

Enola lived in Amasa her whole life. She married Allan Lang on March 17, 1941. Enola was a member of the Bethany Lutheran Church in Amasa. She worked at the Crystal Manor for 25 years. Enola loved her job and taking care of the residents.

She loved to read, knit, cross-stitch, cook and bake. Enola was famous for her fudge, which she made every year on Halloween for the trick-or-treaters.

Enola is survived by her son, LeRoy, and two daughters, Beverly Dallafior and Elaine (Jerry) Ketola. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Allan; son, Ronald, and his wife Sandra; son-in-law, Frank Dallafior; as well as two brothers and one sister.

In accordance with Enolas wishes, private family services were held.
