NIAGARA, Wis. — Kymberly “Kymmie” L. Garvaglia, 34, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, Wis., following a massive stroke.

She was born June 14, 1984, in Iron Mountain, to her parents, Jeffery and Linda (Stark) Garvaglia.

Kym attended Niagara High School and graduated with the Class of 2002. Her two sons, Benjamin and Amorn were the light of her life.

Kym worked for 11 years at The Home Depot, a job she loved. She enjoyed talking and texting, taking and sharing pictures of her family, and loved Hallmark Christmas movies; her favorite pastime was watching Benjamin in all of his sporting events. She was a lifetime member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.

Kym is survived by her mother, Linda, and stepfather Jim Hoogland of Niagara; two sons, Benjamin and Amorn of Niagara; her boyfriend, Joe Smejkal of Niagara; maternal grandparents, Louis and Barb Stark of Niagara; her paternal grandmother, Cary Garvaglia of Niagara; and many special aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Jeffery Garvaglia; and her paternal grandfather, Raymond Garvaglia.

Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 26 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Niagara.

The funeral Mass will follow at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.

Fr. Michael Lightner will officiate.

Burial will be in the spring in Niagara Cemetery.
