Ruth L. Seely

She was born on Aug. 27, 1928, to the late Fred and Florence (Hasley) Logé and grew up in Niagara Falls, N.Y., and lived in Lewiston, N.Y., before moving to Florida. She truly enjoyed traveling and was able to spend a lot of time in Mexico and Niagara, Wis., where she liked reconnecting with nature, the smell of wood smoke in the air, Canadian geese, the slower pace of life and the color of the leaves in Autumn. Ruth liked playing Mexican Train, practicing Tai Chi, doing water aerobics and was a super competitive ping-pong player.

She is survived by two sons, Chuck (Vicki) Seely, Phoenix, Jim Seely, Point Pleasant Beach, N.J.; one daughter, Carol (Bob) Harrigan, Lutz, Fla.; one brother Howard Logé, Grand Junction, Colo.; four grandchildren, Caroline (Chris), Kristine, Jennifer and Bobby; and special friend, Gary Johnson, Niagara.

In accordance with Ruth’s wishes, private family services were held.
