Walter F. Klima Jr.

He was born Feb. 27, 1942, in Chicago, son of the late Walter F. Sr. and Patricia (King) Klima. Walter graduated from Alpha High School, class of 1959. Following graduation, he proudly served in the United States Army from 1959 until his honorable discharge in 1961.

Walter worked for International Harvester, Multigraph Corporation, and then in construction before managing the Gas Store and finally owning Wally’s Liquor and Party Store.

He enjoyed watching the local sporting events and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include one son, Walter “Tank” L. (Debbie) Klima of DePere, Wis.; one daughter, Nicole Klima of Howard, Wis.; two granddaughters, Samantha and Kelsey; sister-in-law, Sharon Klima of Alpha; two nephews, Robert Klima Jr. and Brian Klima; two nieces, Brenda Thoe and Madea Klima; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Walter was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Klima.

In accordance with Walter’s wishes, private family services will be held.
