NORWAY — Pamela Sue Meneghini, 58, of Norway, passed away peacefully Thursday, Feb. 4, 2021, after a courageous 5 1/2 year battle with breast cancer, at Maryhill Manor in Niagara, Wis.

She was born on July 23, 1962, in Waukegan, Ill., the daughter of Eldred and Irene (Stockstill) Tennermann.

Her family moved to Kingsford, where Pam graduated from Kingsford High School in 1981 and attended Northern Michigan University.

She worked at Lake Shore for 39 years as a senior project manager. Pam was held in very high esteem as an employee, friend and co-worker. She was very loved by all who knew her at work.

Pam met her husband Mark and was married on April 23, 1988, at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Iron Mountain.

Pam’s enjoyments were swimming, life guarding, softball, golf, and archery, but the most joy was watching her boys compete in Norway Knights sports and played a huge roll in Norway Knights Booster Club.

In recent years Pam enjoyed vacationing in Baltimore with her oldest son and she loved to ride in her Jeep with Mark. Pam enjoyed her youngest son, Jake, coming to the beach house to watch her beloved Packers.

Pam is survived by her husband, Mark; sons, Nathan (Bridget) Meneghini and Jacob (Moriah Hostettler and her daughter Brayah) Meneghini; granddaughter, Ms. Harlow; mother, Irene Tennermann; sister, Paula and brother-in-law, Rick Schillerstrom; nieces, Heather (Dave) Donaldson and Janelle (John) Baker; sisters-in-law, Maxine Meneghini, Marge Meneghini, Lynne (Charles) Wiethoff, Monica (Allan) Erickson, Beth Ann Boofer-Anderson, Elise (Richard) Hermsen; brother-in-law, Neil (Karen) Meneghini; several other nieces and nephews.

Pam was preceded in death by her father, Eldred Tennermann; brothers-in-law, Dennis and Lee Meneghini, George Anderson, and many other family members.

Family will greet friends on Saturday, Feb. 13, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Evangelical Covenant Church in Norway.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Evangelical Covenant Church with Pastor James Danielson officiating.

Interment will be held at the Norway Township Cemetery in the spring.
