Helen Peterson

She was born in Harrietta, Mich. on Nov. 21, 1924, daughter of the late Marion and Lucille (Votaw) Evens. She worked at Bethel Children’s Home in Kentucky, Northland Missions Camp, Bair Lake Bible Camp, Spring Hill Camps and Lake Lundgren Bible Camp and thoroughly enjoyed her time there. She was a sweet person, a complete servant, loved everybody and touched many lives.

Helen is survived by her two sons, Ralph (Judy) Peterson and Bill (Alice) Peterson; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul; daughter, Donna; siblings, Richard, Donald, Mildred, Willard, and Max.

Family and friends may come to Northwoods Chapel in Pembine from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Helen’s Funeral Service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23. Pastor Fred Barribeau will be officiating.

Burial will follow in the Pembine Cemetery.

Roubal Funeral Home of Wausaukee is assisting her family with arrangements.
