Anthony Bradley

CRYSTAL FALLS — Anthony John Bradley, 52, of Crystal Falls, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022, at his home.

He was born Aug. 26, 1969, in Flint, Mich., son of Robert Bradley and Jeannine (Lesinski) Bradley Smokevitch. Anthony grew up in Crystal Falls and was a graduate of Forest Park Schools, class of 1987. Following high school graduation, he attended Gogebic Community College for culinary.

Anthony was employed as a chef at many places over the years; he truly was an amazing chef; he could make something special out of nothing.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family, especially his children, and his joy of his life was his grandchildren. He also enjoyed watching the Lions and Tiger games with his dad, listening to music, and cooking a meal for his family.

Anthony is survived by his daughters, Amanda (Jake) Lynch and Sarah (Tyler) Bradley-Bean; his son, Sean; his ex-wife, Leslie (who he held dear in his heart); his parents, Bob Bradley, Jeannine (Mike) Smokevitch; two brothers, Bob (Marla) Bradley and Jake (Carrie) Bradley; stepbrother, Joe (Jackie) Smokevitch; stepsister, Michelle Smokevitch; his grandchildren, Adelina, Bradley, Jude and Ginny; nieces and nephews, Ashley, Jake, Kaitlyn, Noah, Shyla, Andrew, Kaden, Drew, Alli, Will, and Joey; many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends who were family (too many to name, but they know who they are).

Anthony’s family wants you to join them in a celebration of his life at Stager Lake Park, which is a special place for Tony, at 2 p.m. Friday, June 17. Potluck dishes are welcome; Tony was a person who enjoyed food and life to its fullest.

Friends may leave condolences and tributes to Anthony’s family online at www.jacobsfuneralhomes.com.

The family has chosen the Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Crystal Falls, to honor Anthony’s legacy of life.
