IRON RIVER — A kind, sweet and gentle light was extinguished when Beryl O. Smith peacefully passed away last Monday surrounded by loved ones.
A long-time resident of Iron River, she died on Aug. 22, 2022, at age 69 at the Marshfield Medical Center-Dickinson in Iron Mountain.
Visitation will be held on Sept. 1, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron River. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. with Pastor DJ Rasner to officiate.
Interment will be in Bates Cemetery.
