IRON MOUNTAIN -- Durl Walton Bradley, 76, of Iron Mountain, died Sunday, April 30, 2023, at Marshfield Medical Center-Dickinson.

Durl was born on July 5, 1946, in Manistique, to the late Elmer and Erma (Welch) Bradley. After graduating from high school he worked as a machine operator at Kimberly Clark in Munising until he retired.

A very caring and selfless man, Durl would help anyone at any time, doing anything, with not only a helping hand but a very helping heart. A devoted Packer fan, he enjoyed feeding the deer and chickadees, working in the yard, reading and solving crosswords, having a glass of Lambrusco wine, playing guitar and singing and, most importantly, having family time.

He was a member of Maranatha Assembly of God, and above all, everything he did in life began with his faith and love in God.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy "Dot" Bradley; three daughters, Robin (Bob) Bradley Brown, Lori (Scott) Bradley Glaister and Kim Vick; a son, Bob (Sherri) Vick; a daughter-in-law, Tracy Rzanca; a sister, Ginger Boyd; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; not to forget Bitzee and Katee, his loving dog companions.

Along with his parents, Durl was preceded in death by his first wife, Linda Bradley; two sons, David Scott Bradley and David Leland Bradley; and a sister, Joan Rose.

A visitation will be held Saturday, May 13, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Maranatha Assembly of God Church in Kingsford. An 11 a.m. service will follow with the Rev. Dave Wilton officiating.
