Carol Ann May

She was born Sept. 10, 1938, in Stephenson, the daughter of the late Scott and Dorothy (Anderson) Laundree. Carol attended Kingsford schools and First Covenant Church, where she taught Sunday School for several years. She enjoyed reading, knitting, cross stitch and needlepoint. Carol loved people, animals and traveling. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Carol is survived by a son, Robert Aldrich Jr.; four daughters, Dorothy Daye, Cindy (Jeff) Kleinschmidt, Deborah Mast and Ann (Warren) Naud; two step-children; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Aldrich and Daniel May; three brothers, Ronald, Gary and Dale Laundree; a daughter-in-law, Kim Aldrich; a son-in-law, Curtis Daye; a grandson, Robert Lusardi; and a great-grandchild, Karter Lusardi.

Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday at the Kingsford Funeral Home, 1000 S. Carpenter Ave. in Kingsford.

Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

Rev. Michael March will officiate.

Burial will be in Iron Mountain Cemetery Park.
