Roy James Curtis
IRON MOUNTAIN — Roy James Curtis, 62, Iron Mountain, passed away Oct. 1, 2023. He was born Nov. 21, 1960, in Chicago, son of the late Edward and Geraldine Curtis. Roy graduated from Ferris State University and Cooley Law School. He worked as a fast food manager and was currently in Asset Protection at Walmart.
Roy enjoyed reading, talking to people, traveling and going for rides.
Survivors include his two brothers and one sister, Tom and Pat (Cindy) Curtis, and Kim Curtis; and many nieces and nephews who he loved dearly.
In addition to his parents, Roy was preceded in death by two brothers, Edward and Michael; and his niece and godchild, Apryll.
Per Roy’s wishes, no services will be held.
The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses and St. Vincent and Dickinson Co. Hospitals, especially Kelly at St. Vincent.
