NIAGARA, Wis. — Elaine Bartels, 82, of Niagara, passed away Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023, with her husband at her side.

Visitation will be on from noon to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Jacobs Funeral Home-Niagara Chapel. Funeral Services will follow at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Fr. Felix Abano Jr. will officiate.
