CHICAGO — Cynthia Jean Lopez, 63, passed away on Dec. 25, 2023, at Howard Young Medical Center.
She was born on Feb. 10, 1960, in Chicago, to Joseph and Dorothy Emily Murphy.
At the request of Cynthia’s family, there will be no services.
