Sharon Ann Bright

Born in Kingsford, on Nov. 26, 1947, she graduated from Kingsford High School in 1965, continuing her studies at St. Norbert College in DePere, Wis.

Upon earning her bachelor of arts degree in economics, she moved to Chicago and had a long career in finance and bond underwriting at LaSalle Bank.

Sharon is survived by two nephews and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert D. Bright Sr.; her parents, Stanley (Sr.) and Josephine (Yourkosky) Oleksy, and her brother, Stanley Oleksy, Jr.

Her passion became traveling, and she and Bob spent their retirement years cruising and spending time in their favorite destination, London.
