Carl was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Doris Conard, and brother-in-law, Roger Conard.
Visitation for Carl will be from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 6 at Riverside Methodist Church in Niagara. Services will follow at 11 a.m., with Pastor Debra Spira officiating.
