Lionel J. Lauzon

Lionel was born on Jan. 6, 1949, in Kingsford, to the late Lionel and Marguerite (Vassar) Lauzon.

He is survived by his sons, Russell (Mickey) Johnson of Iron Mountain, and Nick (Dana) Johnson of Mason, Mich.; two daughters, Shawna (Lee) Lauzon of Iron Mountain, and Stephanie (Jamie) Lauzon of West Bend, Wis.; grandchildren, Jon Lauzon, Teagan (Reagan) Erickson, Raeanne (Brendan) Garrigan, Taylor (Chad) Schuls, Kaden Schuls, Logan Schuls, Hannah (Peter) Allard, Amanda (Morgan) Stenz, Nichole Johnson, Joey Johnson and Jeff Johnson; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and his siblings.

In addition to his parents, Lionel was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Carol (Famiani) Lauzon in February 2020; and a grandson, Michael Schuls in July 2023.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17, at Cemetery Park in Iron Mountain, with Deacon Don Christy officiating.
