AURORA, Wis. — Barbara J. “Barb” DeClark, 85, of Aurora, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at Bellin Memorial Hospital in Green Bay, Wis.

She was born July 7, 1938, in Iron Mountain, daughter of the late Donald and Ada (Bartoletti) Rock. Barb grew up in Iron Mountain and was a graduate of Iron Mountain High School, Class of 1956. She married Arnold DeClark on May 10, 1956. He preceded her in death. Barb worked for the Niagara Paper Mill and retired from there. She was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Aurora.

Barb enjoyed many hobbies, including reading, traveling to places such as Spain, Italy, Portugal, Australia, Scotland and Las Vegas, and especially spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and the many days out at Cosgrove Lake.

Survivors include one son, John (Kari) DeClark of Aurora; three daughters, Cindy (Dennis) Miron of Spread Eagle, Wis., Wendy DeClark of Aurora, and Susan (Eric) Fankhauser of Kingsford; four brothers, Jim (Mary) Rock of Kingsford, Duane (Vicki) Rock of Norway, David (Julie) Rock of Merriman, and Albert Rock of Green Bay; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; many nieces; nephews; and close friends.

Visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Jacobs Funeral Home in Iron Mountain.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Aurora, with Rev. Fr. Felix Abano Jr. officiating.

Burial will take place in Aurora Cemetery.
