Shelley Geneva

Shelley was born August 17, 1940, in Iron Mountain, daughter of Gilbert and Lillian (Alexander) Eggert. She worked as a home health caregiver with Arms of Angels for over 35 years. Shelley was an avid gardener and loved spending time with family.

She is survived by her son, Joe Geneva of Iron Mountain; her daughter, Starr Rakestraw of Florence; two brothers, Jeff (Chris) Eggest and Gary (Nancy) Eggert; 12 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.

Shelley was preceded in death by three sons, Glen, Allan and Louis Geneva.

Private family services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dickinson County Cancer Unit Loan Closet.
