HAMILTON LAKES — Richard Charles Welch, 83, of Vulcan, passed away Friday July 12, 2024, at Marshfield Medical Center – Dickinson with his son, Tony by his side.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, Aug. 2, at 10 a.m. at the Norway Township Cemetery.
Arrangements were made with the Ortman Funeral Home in Norway.
