Dwight D. Khoury
DULUTH, Minn. — Dwight D. Khoury, 92, of Duluth, Minnesota died on July 22, 2024.
He was born in Iron Mountain on December 29, 1931 and was a 1949 graduate of Iron Mountain High School.
Prior to his retirement, Dwight was a professor of Spanish at Keuka College in Keuka Park, N.Y. and at Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio.
He is survived by his wife, Diane J. Khoury; his sons, Sam Khoury and Paul Khoury (Ruth); and his sister, Diana Thompson (Roger).
He was preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Soderberg; and his parents, Sam A. Khoury and Evelyn Khoury who owned Khoury’s Restaurant in Iron Mountain.
Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Duluth.
