Iron Mountain — Duane L. Osieczonek, 60, of Iron Mountain, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024, at Marshfield Medical Center-Dickinson in Iron Mountain.
He was born on Dec. 21, 1963, in Iron Mountain, to the late Wayne and Shirley (Parent) Osieczonek.
He married Julie Walker on Oct. 3, 2009, in Quinnesec.
He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Julie Osieczonek; daughters Mandi (Mardy Urban) Osieczonek, and Ashley (Mike) Robertson; stepson Tadd (Lindsay) Marcell; brothers Wayne Osieczonek, and Corey Osieczonek; sister Brialee (Tim) Walker; mother-in-law Luella “Putsy” Besch; father-in-law Jim Walker; and seven grandchildren, Ethan Robertson, Kegan Robertson, Jolee Robertson, Gavin Robertson, Emma Robertson, Rebecca Osieczonek and Magnolia Marcell.
Duane loved fishing, hunting and hanging out with family and friends.
A celebration of Duane’s life will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, at Bimbo’s, Iron Mountain.
