Margaret “Peggy” Laurich
KINGSFORD — Margaret H. “Peggy” Laurich, 101, of Kingsford, passed away July 25, 2025, at Evergreen Assisted Living in Kingsford.
Margaret was born on Dec. 2, 1923, in Marquette, to the late Arthur and Gladys (Sieotte) Gauthier.
She married Charles Laurich on July 5, 1940, in Marquette, Mich., and together they raised four children.
Margaret enjoyed traveling, dancing and spending time with her family.
Margaret is survived by her daughter, Madeline (Paul) Dooley of Kingsford; a sister, Ruth (Richard) Marshall of Grafton, Wis.; six grandchildren, Todd Dooley, Tonya Cox, Peggy Sears, Scott Laurich, Jeff Laurich, and Jennifer Donohue; and 11 great-grandchildren, Kalli Dooley, Maegan Dooley, Ashley Donohue, Ruby Pettis, Robert Pettis, Tanner Laurich, Daniel Laurich, KC Voss, Dalton Laurich, Harley Laurich and Kaine Sears.
She was preceded in death by three children, Sandra Laurich, Daniel Laurich, and Gary Laurich; and a very special granddaughter, Jamie Dooley-Beck.
A private service will be held at a later date.
