Terry Tadiello

Terry Tadiello
CRYSTAL FALLS — Terry Tadiello, 76, entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, July 14, 2025.
Born and raised in Crystal Falls, Terry graduated from Forest Park High School in 1967. He went on to earn an associate degree in social studies from Suomi College (now Finlandia University) in 1969 and a bachelor of science degree from Northern Michigan University in 1972.
On March 26, 1972, Terry married the love of his life, Mary Tadiello. With Christ as their foundation, they shared 53 wonderful years filled with love, laughter, and faith.
Shortly after marrying, Terry and Mary moved to Arizona, where Terry began his career in banking at First National Bank, serving for six years. In 1978, they returned to Crystal Falls, where Terry continued his banking career at the First National Bank of Crystal Falls for 14 years, followed by another 14 years at Eagle Country Federal Credit Union.
Terry was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He and Mary were blessed with three children — Gavin, Garrett, and Cayse — who were the pride and joy of his life.
He had a deep love for the outdoors and could often be found hunting, gardening, camping, boating, or cutting and hauling wood. A skilled builder and a self-proclaimed pack rat, he never let anything go to waste — always finding creative uses for everything he saved.
Terry had a quick mind, a quiet spirit, and a strong faith. A born-again believer, he served faithfully at Lakeview Bible Church for many years. His faith in Jesus Christ directed every step of his life. He was known for his big sense of humor and especially loved teasing his beloved Mary.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lindo and Selma Tadiello; and by his beloved wife, Mary Tadiello.
Terry is survived by his children, Gavin Tadiello of Denver, Garrett Tadiello of Crystal Falls, and Cayse (Jody) Gillespie of Coleman, Wis. He is also survived by six cherished grandchildren, Leanna, Lucas, Elizabeth, and Tahlia Gillespie; and Kailyn and Christina Tadiello.
Terry’s legacy of faith, love, humor, and hard work will live on in the lives of all who knew him.
A celebration of Terry’s life will be held at Lakeview Bible Church in Crystal Falls on Saturday, July 19. Visitation will be held from 9 until 10 a.m. and a memorial service will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Tadiello Family.
