Gina Santi

IRON MOUNTAIN — Gina Louise Santi, 45, of Iron Mountain, passed away with family at her side at Marshfield Medical Center-Dickinson on Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2025.
Gina was born on Jan. 20, 1980, in Iron Mountain, to Lori and Duane Santi (which, according to her dad, was also Super Bowl Sunday).
Gina attended and graduated from Iron Mountain High School in 1998. After graduation, Gina headed out west to sunny Arizona to attend Gilbert Chandler Community College for two years and then transferred to Central Michigan University to “live luxuriously and hang out” with her sister, Maria. Gina obtained her bachelor of science in finance from CMU in 2004.
In April of 2008 and August of 2009, Gina gave birth to two beautiful girls, Olivia and Evelyn. Gina enjoyed her time as a stay-at-home mom and was always available to give advice to her nieces and nephews, who fondly referred to her as “Gigi.”
Gigi loved having all the nieces and nephews together with her girls for a “cousins’ slumber party,” where they had random dance parties and late-night snack runs.

Gina loved her family dearly and will always be fondly remembered for her famous oatmeal cookies, her sense of humor, and her big personality.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Gina leaves behind her daughters, Olivia and Evelyn Brooks; her parents, Lori and Duane Santi; her sisters, Angeline Santi and Maria (Josh) Santi Cory; her five nieces and nephews, Sofia Pritchard, Domenic (Kaitlynn) Pritchard, Nico Cory, Elliana Cory, and Luca Cory; and her beloved dog, Bella, who loved all the extra treats.
Gina was greeted in heaven by her maternal grandparents, LaVerne and Louie Maraccini, and her paternal grandfather, Joe Santi.
A visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20, at the Jacobs Funeral Home in Iron Mountain. A prayer service will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Father Michael Chenier will officiate.
